Binge Eating Disorder is one of the most common eating disorders, yet is often misunderstood, minimized, or hidden due to stigma. The Roots of B.E.D. campaign was designed to help patients see their symptoms as part of a real medical condition—one worthy of recognition and care. The creative approach combined understated photography, soft color palettes, and approachable illustrations to communicate the depth and complexity of B.E.D. without judgment, encouraging patients to take the first step in speaking openly with their healthcare provider.
The visual identity extended across a website, patient discussion guides, educational print pieces, testimonial videos, and in-office materials, creating a cohesive system that made a sensitive topic feel safer to explore. The work balanced clinical clarity with emotional understanding, supporting patients through a journey that often requires courage, self-reflection, and trusted information.
