Diabetic Macular Edema (DME)

Iluvien Moments is a patient campaign created to help people with diabetic macular edema imagine what renewed clarity could look like with up to three years of continuous treatment. Built around a luminous forest world crafted through CGI and photography, the campaign used warmth, motion, and atmosphere to make a complex condition feel more hopeful and human.

The visual language was expanded into a cohesive identity system spanning both digital and print. Through close collaboration with CGI and photography teams, the forest world was brought to life across the website, CRM communications, and high-impact print placements. The focus was on creating consistent, immersive expressions that carried the campaign’s emotional tone across every touchpoint.
