FLUency is a multi-audience education program created to drive real behavior change during a time when flu misinformation was widespread. Our team developed a clear, trustworthy visual identity system that helped patients and healthcare providers navigate shifting guidance with confidence. The goal wasn’t just to inform — it was to create materials people would believe, act on, and return to throughout the season.
Every design direction was extensively tested with both HCPs and patients to understand what felt credible, approachable, and motivating. Their feedback shaped everything from the hierarchy of information to the tone, iconography, and data presentation, resulting in a system that was visually engaging, easy to use, and deeply trusted.
