When national policy leaders signaled they would not recommend a specific flu vaccine for any subgroup of patients, our team created a campaign that put real people — and the real-world impact of that indecision — front and center. “Faces of Indecision” used striking portraiture, bold typography, and data-driven storytelling to highlight what clarity and evidence mean for families making vaccination decisions.
The campaign intentionally balanced emotional resonance with factual transparency, showing both the human stakes and the proven outcomes behind Sanofi’s vaccines. The experience extended across a digital hub, social content, and a letter-writing platform that empowered patients and caregivers to make their voices heard.
