Eczema

This multi-year EBGLYSS campaign uses cinematic storytelling and relatable patient perspectives to elevate the emotional impact of living with eczema — and the transformation possible with EBGLYSS. The original 60-second TV spot introduced a modern, grounded portrayal of eczema: not just the physical symptoms, but the frustration, self-consciousness, and daily disruptions that shape quality of life. Featuring a diverse cast, the campaign also highlights how eczema can appear differently across skin tones and the wide range of environmental and internal triggers that can inflame symptoms. Through warm, textural visuals and honest voiceover, the film reframed eczema as a condition deserving meaningful relief.

All spots are set to Mary J. Blige’s “Real Love” which extends the campaign’s emotional resonance through themes of nostalgia, authenticity, and the longing for something lasting — mirroring patients’ desire for long-term relief. Two additional 30-second cutdowns broadened reach with tighter, high-impact edits tailored for broadcast. Together, the spots create a cohesive platform that validates the real experiences of eczema patients and positions EBGLYSS as a treatment capable of offering real, lasting change.
